Role Purpose
As a Project Executive, you will support the Research and Project Management teams in the day-to-day delivery of continuous tracking and ad hoc research projects. Working closely with Project Managers, you will help ensure projects are set up correctly, run smoothly end to end, and are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification — consistently delighting our clients with high quality outputs. Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning in line with scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate with research, operations/fieldwork, scripting and data processing teams as required by project/client
- Maintain and control project change logs; manage change requests and updates
- Prepare, prioritize, and communicate clear plans to keep deliverables on schedule
- Use project management platforms, techniques, and technology effectively
Survey programming and quality control
- Check programmed survey links against questionnaires for content, flow, instructions, and stimuli
- Maintain questionnaire updates in English and add translation overlays to approved links
- Manage inputs tied to client designs (e.g., Questionnaire Selection File, Pre-Code File, MRT updates)
- Maintain brand lists for accuracy and version control
- Monitor fieldwork and reconcile progress against target sample requirements
Data management and analysis
- Receive datasets from data processing/research teams (Excel, SPSS, Survey Reporter, InfoTools)
- Conduct logic and consistency checks prior to analysis
- Transform and weight data in Excel or SPSS as required
- Update DP specifications and data portals to reflect questionnaire changes
- Support analysis aligned to client objectives
- Prepare core deliverables using PowerPoint, Excel, and online portals; populate reports and write clear, insight-led commentary
- Quality check outputs to ensure accuracy and high standards
Collaboration and continuous improvement
- Work closely with research teams to deliver bespoke, value-added analysis and insight
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, tools and ways of working

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, Psychology, Economics, or related field
- Fresh graduates welcome; those with 1-2 year(s) relevant experience in market research, data analysis, or project coordination is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong critical thinking, mathematical/quantitative reasoning, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Keen interest in the market research industry
Knowledge and Skills
Technical and analytical
- Strong data manipulation skills in Excel; experience with SPSS is a plus
- Solid quantitative analysis capability with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with project management platforms and techniques
