Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Supervise and mentor administrative staff, including performance evaluations, training, and workflow coordination.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of projects and deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and supply chain logistics for office operations.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and compliance standards within the workplace.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement data-driven solutions to enhance performance.
