About the Team

Client and Regulatory Operations is an essential part of our global Operations division. Within this function, the Client Reporting Team plays a critical role in delivering timely, accurate, and high‑quality reporting to our clients, collaborating closely with Client Servicing, Front Office, and global Third‑Party Administrators.

Role Description

Reporting Administrator

As a Reporting Administrator, you will be the primary contact for internal stakeholders, maintaining clear communication with the Client Reporting Manager, proactively identifying issues, and supporting the implementation of effective reporting solutions to ensure efficient delivery of client reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first escalation point for internal stakeholders, providing guidance and resolving reporting issues promptly.
  • Deliver clear and timely updates to the Client Reporting Manager on team performance, challenges and client‑specific needs.
  • Analyse client requirements and develop innovative reporting solutions.
  • Organise and deliver client reports to agreed schedules with precision and professionalism.
  • Oversee report workflows using Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage changes to reporting procedures, recipients and formats, maintaining compliance and consistency.
  • Complete bespoke reporting tasks and coordinate data input for client reports, including commentary.
  • Proactively manage report workflows to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to meet SLAs.
  • Communicate effectively to flag and resolve delays.
  • Maintain and regularly review internal reporting procedures.
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying and implementing efficiencies.
Skills & Experience Preferable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Office applications.
  • Prior experience in financial services or a related industry is preferred.
