Responsibilities

• Assist in work order registration and communicate with other departments regarding any issues that arise with the work orders.
• Support the production schedule by issuing material requisition notes and monitoring material stock levels to ensure smooth planning.
• Closely monitor and collaborate with relevant departments to fulfill customer orders, consistently achieving on-time delivery.
• Fulfill internal reporting requirements and attend meetings as requested.
• Provide backup support for colleagues during their absence or when additional assistance is needed.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
