Position: Renal Staff Nurse / Medical Assistant (Junior & Senior Levels)
Location: Kulim Hi-Tech Park
Employment Type: Full-time (Shift-based)

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Staff Nurses and Medical Assistants to join our renal care team. Whether you're a fresh graduate or an experienced professional, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) patients.

You’ll be part of a supportive, high-performing team delivering dialysis care in a modern, well-equipped facility. On-the-job training and career development pathways are provided — including sponsorship for Post Basic Renal Nursing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer safe and effective dialysis treatments in line with clinical guidelines and SOPs
  • Monitor and document patients’ vital signs before, during, and after dialysis
  • Operate and maintain dialysis machines and related equipment
  • Educate patients and families on renal health and dialysis care
  • Maintain accurate medical records and uphold patient confidentiality
  • Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal care
  • Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
  • For senior roles: supervise junior staff, assess patient conditions, elevate concerns, and contribute to care planning and reporting
For Junior Candidates (Fresh Graduates Welcome)
  • Diploma in Nursing or Medical Assistant from a KKM-recognised institution
  • Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board (for nurses)
  • Strong interest in renal care and patient service
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
For Senior Candidates
  • Post Basic Renal Nursing certification (for nurses) or relevant renal experience (for MAs)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in dialysis or chronic care settings preferred
  • Able to interpret lab results, assess patient readiness, and lead care planning
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet tools
