Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
  • Experience with technology solutions, SaaS, or B2B sales preferred.
  • Exposure to Mandarin-speaking clients or markets is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Generate, qualify, and nurture new sales leads through various channels.
  • Conduct consultative conversations in Mandarin and English to identify client needs.
  • Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with account executives to convert qualified prospects.
  • Research and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Schedule product demonstrations and follow up with clients.
  • Achieve KPIs related to lead generation and conversion.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the platform's features.

Skills

Verbal and written communication in Mandarin and English
