Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or related technical roles.
• Exposure to Level 1 Technical Support (ticketing, troubleshooting, or escalation).

Responsibilities

• Provide backoffice support by handling tickets and troubleshooting issues.
• Monitor system dashboards and ensure uptime and stability.
• Assist with recurring maintenance tasks such as patching and backups.
• Support user onboarding and access requests.
• Document procedures and onboarding guides.
• Collaborate with IT teams on automation or deployment tasks.
• Participate in incident response as a first-line contact.

Skills

Basic understanding of Linux
