This role plays a crucial part in supporting investment operations for both internal and external clients engaged with multiple investment vehicles. You will serve as the fundamental point of contact, ensuring streamlined coordination across various internal teams and external service providers. With responsibilities encompassing client onboarding, transaction processing, and communications, your contribution will enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Your expertise will support private equity funds and enhance client relations through effective service delivery.

Accountabilities

• Serve as the centralized point of contact for private equity funds and related investment vehicles.
• Assist with administrative processes related to new account openings and investor transactions.
• Help manage capital calls and distribution processes for Private Equity vehicles.
• Monitor and download quarterly reports, audited financial statements, and K1s.
• Support audit and regulatory reporting processes.
• Provide ongoing service and support for reporting and account performance reviews.
• Manage and resolve client service-related requirements and queries.
• Provide necessary fund investment documentation and communications.
• Coordinate with the marketing team on reporting materials.
• Support the creation of standard operating protocols for client service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, required.
• 5+ years of financial industry experience in fund services or operations.
• Familiarity and interest in global capital markets.
• Understanding of finance/fund accounting terminology.
• Experience with hedge funds, private equity, and private partnership structures.
