Accountabilities

• Lead the team of DevOps engineers in a highly agile environment focused on monitoring, automation, and tools development.
• Work closely with engineering and product leadership to architect technical solutions in large-scale data environments.
• Coordinate with partners from various teams including Solution Architecture and Development.
• Create an internal environment based on teamwork, innovation, and dedication to quality.
• Manage the continuous delivery practice for software and data pipeline development.
• Perform pre-assessments to assist customers on their DevOps journey.
• Monitor developer activities to mitigate roadblocks and ensure timely task completion.

Requirements

• Expertise in DevOps concepts and tools such as Chef, Puppet, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes, microservices, and container deployment.
• Strong background with Unix/Linux platforms.
• 8-10 years of DevOps experience, including automation tools like Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Expertise in AWS/Cloud Administration and network security fundamentals.
• Communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships at all levels.
• Proficient problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
