Accurately input, update, and maintain data in internal databases and systems.
Review source documents for completeness and accuracy before data entry.
Perform regular data audits to ensure quality and integrity.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Generate basic reports and summaries as required.
Communicate with internal departments to verify and clarify data.
Follow company procedures and data management policies.
Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy targets.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 40 WPM.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Reliable internet connection and a secure, quiet working environment.
Prior experience in a data entry or administrative role is preferred but not required.
On-the-job training will be provided for motivated individuals with strong computer literacy.
Experience with data management systems or CRMs is a plus.
Flexible schedule; part-time and full-time opportunities available.
Core availability during standard business hours (9 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday) may be required depending on team needs.
