Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, focused on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for prospective and current clients.
• Gather detailed information from prospective clients about their immigration needs.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date information in the CRM system for leads and clients.
• Prepare and send invoices to new and existing clients.
• Support marketing initiatives, such as client outreach campaigns.
