Accountabilities
  • Assist in financial analysis by interpreting financial data and preparing reports.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Maintain and update books of accounts accurately.
  • Collect and process employee timesheets.
  • Calculate employee work hours and manage onboarding/offboarding.
  • Compile and track team and individual performance data.
  • Enter new employee data into the database.
  • Collaborate with HR on performance management processes.
  • Participate in regulatory compliance and reporting.
  • Contribute to policy development and company-employee communication.
  • Facilitate employee safety, welfare, and wellness education.
  • Monitor quality standards and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Distribute payment statements and participate in executive meetings.
  • Source providers to enhance financial processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of accounting-related experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Payroll Accountant.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Experience in manual bookkeeping.
  • Ability to process employee salaries for 80 to 100 staff.
  • Familiarity with Labor Laws.
  • High integrity and confidentiality skills.
