Job summary

This role includes supervising a team, managing critical spare parts, and ensuring a safe working environment. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's in Engineering Management and have experience in industrial automation and engineering-related skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with switching, RF and high frequency oscillator circuits preferred.
• Knowledge of HSE procedure/rules and regulations.
• Familiarity with COSHH requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
• Supervise a team of maintenance technicians.
• Continuously improve work methods to reduce downtime.
• Handle emergency unplanned breakdowns.
• Perform root cause analysis on interruption incidents.
• Provide technical solutions to machine breakdowns.
• Manage critical spare parts and stock control.
• Ensure a safe working environment with zero accidents.
