A hospitality company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dynamic individual for a Business Development role. This position focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with high volume patrons, ensuring room availability, and growing revenue through various services. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years in business development or sales, possess strong analytical skills, and ideally speak Mandarin to communicate with clients. This is a fast-paced environment requiring problem-solving and a focus on success.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain trusting relationships with high volume patrons to accomplish growth and company objectives.
Measure, track and analyze key account metrics. Ensure Rooms availability in assigned portfolio, assess why churn occurs, engage with patrons to educate them around the solutions OYO provides and act as a support function for patrons.
Growing company's revenue by ensuring Winback of properties which have gone in sold-out and aligning patrons to opt in for the various value added services that will impact their overall revenue.
Manage multiple patrons and suggest solutions that answer patron’s needs and wants. Negotiate contracts and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each patron's goals.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business development/Sales & Marketing.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good with numbers.
Tech savvy and quick problem solver.
Knowledge in maintaining relationships with Stakeholder/Owners.
Able to speak Mandarin' is preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
