Job Description
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with a core portfolio of at least 30 Middle Market/SME clients.
  • Actively drive primary sales through the acquisition of new Middle Market/SME customers and by expanding lending to existing clients.
  • Conduct account planning in collaboration with product specialists to identify target customers and recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
  • Monitor overall customer experience and proactively pre-empt or address any process lapses or turnaround time (TAT) delays.
  • Ensure customers meet basic credit requirements and maintain new Non-Performing Loans (NPL) within the approved budget.
  • Provide qualitative credit assessments for each credit application.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to prepare and submit credit proposals.
  • Vet, sign, and deliver Letters of Offer.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Marketing, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ working experience in credit, with exposure to credit risk management and commercial banking, including credit processing, evaluation, and appraisal.
  • Strong credit writing and analytical skills.
