The candidate is responsible for building and maintaining strong and long term relationships with B2B key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth by upselling and also cross selling. This role involves understanding client needs, and serves as a primary point of contact for existing B2B key shippers.
He/she will be expected to deliver exceptional customer experiences and hold key partners intact with a solid business continuity plan in place. The person will also need to have a customer development plan in place and review it on a monthly basis.
