Responsibilities

• Manage day to day transition process including technical support for customer regulatory requests.
• Create and maintain standard and non-standard regulatory documents.
• Central point of contact for customer regulatory requests.
• Partner with local and regional teams for regulatory document reviews.
• Partner with Regional Scientific Affairs for personalized customer requests.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to promote self-service of regulatory requests.
• Support projects assigned from time to time by superior.

About the role

The primary role of Regulatory Technologist is to work in partnership with the Kerry Regulatory Scientific Affairs team to support regulatory queries from internal and external stakeholders.

Reporting To: Regulatory Team Lead

Work Location: 1Powerhouse, PJ (5mins walk from MRT Bandar Utama)

Key responsibilities

• Manage day to day transition process including technical support for customer regulatory requests.
• Create and maintain standard and non-standard regulatory documents.
• Central point of contact for customer regulatory requests.
• Partner with local and regional teams where required, for regulatory document reviews.
• Partner with Regional Scientific Affairs for personalised customer requests.
• Liaise with cross functional teams to promote and facilitate “self-service” of regulatory request by requestors.
• Support projects assigned from time to time by superior.

Qualifications and skills

• Preferably a Degree holder in Food Technology, Science or equivalent.

• Posses good collaborating / communication / presentation and interpersonal skills.
