Key Responsibilities (Regulatory Affairs Executive)

• Review and approve product labels to ensure compliance with local and export regulatory requirements.
• Provide accurate regulatory and statutory information for inclusion in product packaging and artwork.
• Review product formulations to ensure ingredients and food additives comply with local and export market regulations.
• Manage, maintain, and regularly update the food additives master list in accordance with current regulatory requirements.
• Manage customer enquiries and documentation request.
• Compile regulatory and documentation requirements for product export to different markets.
• Liaise with and follow up with relevant authorities and regulatory bodies on export application status and approvals.
• Support cross-functional teams on food regulatory compliance matters.

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Food Science/Technology or related field.
• 1–3 years QA/QC experience in food manufacturing (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO/FSSC 22000, BRC, HALAL is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to work at Kulim Hi-Tech Park.
• For regulatory affairs post, preferable to be fluent in Chinese/mandarin.
