Job summary

A leading training organization in Malaysia seeks a Regional Trainer to enhance staff performance through effective training on product knowledge and sales techniques. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma or Degree in Education, Business Management, or IT, along with at least one year of training experience. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills and be comfortable presenting to large groups. This role requires travel to various outlets and to Kuala Lumpur quarterly.

Qualifications

• At least one year of relevant experience in Training related field.
• Familiar with online and face-to-face learning methods.
• Ability to present confidently to large audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide training on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Work closely with Training Lead to execute store trainings.
• Provide feedback on staff performance to the store leader.
