The Total Rewards Manager will design, implement, and manage competitive and compliant compensation and benefits programs aligned with the company strategy.
The role partners closely with in country and regional P&C team members to attract, retain and motivate talent by ensuring fair pay practices and appealing benefit offerings.
The role will analyse market trends, oversee pay and benefit policies, and continually improve compensation and benefit frameworks to support organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Establish and execute rewards policies and processes
- Design and maintain compensation frameworks across MIMS entities
- Review internal equity and market competitiveness of total remuneration programs
- Administer employee benefit plans such as health insurance
- Prepare annual budget for total rewards and manage expenditures related to benefit programs
- Provide advisory support on compensation matters
- Collaborate with Regional Talent Acquisition team to provide market salary data and help set realistic hiring budgets
- Work closely with Regional Business Partners to assess internal salary parity and recommend adjustments to maintain fairness
- Collect, analyse, and share relevant salary benchmarking data with external survey and market research providers
- Review recommendations on pay packages proposed for employee relocations
- Coordinate the annual performance management review
- Communicate timelines, guidelines, and expectations for the performance management cycle to regional HR teams and managers
- Facilitate and coordinate calibration sessions to ensure consistent and fair performance ratings across teams and regions
- Support Regional Talent Management team in training and providing tools for goal setting, performance conversations, and appraisals
Requirements (must have)
- Min 6-8 years of hands‑on experience with total rewards operations
- Strong analytical skills and database management skills
- Must have regional experience
- Strong experience with MS Office applications e.g., Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced working environment
- Possess integrity and good work ethics
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any Business Administration related disciplines
