Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager, Mortgage will lead and manage a team of mortgage sales professionals within a designated region, driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service in line with RHB Bank Berhad's commitment to our clients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed regional mortgage sales targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of mortgage specialists, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring continuous professional development.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate agents, developers, and financial advisors, to generate referrals and partnerships.
  • Ensure all sales activities and processes comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Oversee the entire mortgage sales pipeline, from lead generation and application to approval and disbursement, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey.
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for complex customer inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
Job Qualifications
