About the RegionalSales Manager role at Prinova in the Asian region

In this role you will grow and develop the business in designated countries like Malaysia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Bangladesh with the objective of establishing new customers and industries allied to Prinova Europe and supporting the Nagase MESA team in the other countries in the Southeast Asia market. As the organisation grows, opportunities could arise for this role to become more senior with greater responsibilities.

What to expect?
  • Building and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Achievement of sales figures and account results within the assigned accounts, territory, or market segments.
  • Manage the day-to-day business by closely coordinating with the internal departments (Accounting, Product Management, Sales Assistance, R&D, Logistics, and Quality) to provide support and technical information to customers, resolve claims & complaints and debt collections.
  • Identification and reporting of market, competition, and industry trends and product opportunities.
  • Looking for potential supply sources for the Prinova group.
  • Sustain rapport with key accounts & potential customers in the region by means of periodic visits.
  • Proactively feeding market information, trends, and concepts to the customers.
  • Identifying and capitalising on market opportunities.
  • Managing the 3rd parties agents in the different countries, such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore
  • Managing direct customers, including on a regional level, some global key accounts
  • Facilitate growth and development with the new and existing customers within the assigned territory or market segments.
  • Develop new projects with the existing and new customers within the assigned territory.
  • Perform initial research as needed on companies to identify line of business, products, and possible applications for our products.
  • Identify, promote, and engage in appropriate training opportunities relative to business and product knowledge and enhancements.
  • Responsible for the business set up in the area countries.
  • Appointing, training, and managing distributors/agents in the assigned territories for achieving the annual sales target.
  • Meeting regional Sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures.
  • Devising pricing strategy for Southeast and South Asia markets.
  • Responsible for the promotion of premixes and single ingredients in the designated region.
