Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing HR guidance.
  • Lead initiatives across employee engagement and performance management.
  • Manage and support a team of People Consultants.
  • Collaborate with COEs and People Partners on development initiatives.
  • Support recruitment and internal mobility decisions.
  • Provide insights on employee data and recommend action plans.
