Overview
We are seeking a bilingual, high-energy Regional Marketing & Operations Executive to spearhead our expansion and brand presence in Indonesia. This is a "hybrid" role that combines creative digital marketing with hands-on operational coordination. You will be the bridge between our brand and the Indonesian market, ensuring that everything from our ad copy to our fulfillment process is localized, seamless, and high-performing.
Responsibilities
- Localization: Translate and adapt website content, EDM (Email Marketing), and ad copy from English to Bahasa Indonesia, ensuring the tone is culturally relevant and persuasive.
- Campaign Strategy: Plan and execute end-to-end digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok, optimizing for ROI and localized consumer behavior.
- Organizing: Serve as the lead coordinator for seasonal campaigns (e.g., 11.11, 12.12, Ramadan), ensuring all assets are ready and synced across channels.
- Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with Indonesian KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and KOCs (Key Opinion Consumers) to drive brand trust.
- Partnerships: Scout and execute co-branding opportunities or local partnerships to expand our reach within the Indo market.
Market Operations & Fulfillment Coordination
- Supply Chain Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for our Indonesian Fulfillment Center to ensure stock levels match campaign pushes and solve any localized delivery hurdles.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct competitor research and market analysis specifically for the Indo e-commerce landscape.
Social Media & Community
- Content Creation: Manage content calendars and produce multimedia assets (Reels, TikToks, Stories) tailored to Indonesian trends.
- Engagement: Moderate and grow our online Indonesian community, ensuring a high level of customer sentiment and brand loyalty.
Requirements
- Native or professional fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Mandarin skills are a plus.
- Location: Must be currently based in Malaysia or willing to relocate to our KL/Selangor office.
- 2–4 years in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or a similar regional role.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with SEO/SEM and email marketing campaigns.
- Basic photography/videography and editing skills.
- Knowledge of e-commerce and marketplace platforms.
