Regional Marketing & Communications (Marcomm) Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Marketing & Communications (Marcomm) Manager to lead our Marketing & Communications operations. You are known for your high integrity, attention to detail, and ability to drive change and efficiency. Your leadership, interpersonal, and influencing skills combined with effective communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities will be key in steering our Marketing & Communications team toward excellence.

Mission Statement: To champion the TECO brand across Southeast Asia and drive engagement with customers, partners, and employees through integrated marketing, communications, and branding strategies. The role is instrumental in supporting the region’s transformation into a high-value, service-oriented industrial solutions provider.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regional Brand Strategy & Positioning: Define and roll out a unified regional brand identity aligned with the “One TECO” strategy and TEAM transformation pillars. Position TECO SEA as a trusted regional partner in motors, drives, transformers, switchgears, system integration, digital energy, and smart service. Ensure consistent brand narrative across RHQ and country subsidiaries.
  • Integrated Marketing & Campaign Execution: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for key verticals: Data Centers, Renewables, Infrastructure, ESCO, and OEM solutions. Support product and business unit launches (e.g., Transformer, Busbar, Smart Services). Develop region-wide promotional calendars, media plans, and lead generation initiatives in collaboration with country teams.
  • Internal & Executive Communications: Craft compelling internal communication content to promote transformation initiatives, cultural alignment, and teamwork (e.g., TEAM slogan: Together, Empower, Align, Mobilize). Develop executive communications, speeches, press releases, and newsletters. Manage crisis communication protocols and corporate announcements.
  • Digital, Media, and Event Management: Oversee TECO SEA’s digital presence including website localization, SEO/SEM, and LinkedIn strategy. Oversee trade shows, partner events, webinars, and strategic alliance announcements. Collaborate with solution partners and system integrators for co-branding and marketing visibility.
  • Marketing Governance & Collaboration: Establish a MarComm framework to align efforts across TECO SEA subsidiaries. Define and track KPIs on marketing ROI, brand health, and campaign effectiveness. Manage creative vendors, media partners, and external agencies for consistency and cost efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. MBA or advanced communications credentials are a plus.
  • 10+ years of marketing and communications experience, with at least 5 years in a regional or multi-country industrial B2B environment.
  • Strong industry experience in motors, drives, transformers, switchgears, system integration, or industrial digital solutions preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in building and executing multi-channel marketing strategies across Southeast Asia.
  • Strong content creation, storytelling, and campaign management skills.
  • Familiarity with digital tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Adobe Suite, etc.).
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin. Ability to adapt communications across SEA cultures and languages is a plus.
  • High initiative, strong collaboration skills, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment.
