Responsibilities

• Achieve business goals and revenue targets.
• Oversee daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.
• Recruit, train, and support region team as well as conducting regular performance appraisals.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, develop a portfolio of key business partners.
• Develop and implement business, marketing, and advertising plans.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts.
• Plan, evaluate, and optimize operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
• Ensure products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.
• Ensure company standards and procedures are followed.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.
• Deal with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.
• Review and analyze the market situation and report to senior management periodically.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field preferred.
• At least 8 years of management and leadership experience with good written and verbal communication skills.
