Job Summary

Duopharma Biotech Berhad is seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to oversee financial matters across our regional offices. This position plays a critical role in driving financial performance, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring sound governance and compliance in line with both local and international standards. The ideal candidate is a strong business partner, equipped with solid financial acumen and the ability to lead and influence at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities for regional operations.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to regional leadership to support data-driven decision‑making and business growth.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Manage working capital, cash flow, and cost optimization initiatives across the region.
  • Oversee Malaysia’s group insurance portfolio, including policy renewals, claims management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Support financial projects by preparing projections, liaising with legal and headquarters, and offering financial advisory.
  • Maintain and update the Limit of Authority (LOA) framework to ensure sound governance practices.
  • Collaborate with the Malaysia Finance Department for monthly closings, audits, and statutory submissions.
Requirements

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accountancy or Finance

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a finance leadership role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector
