Regional Executive - Strategy & Business Transformation
You will be part of the Strategy & Business Transformation Team and support the strategy planning with data-driven decision making, and strategy development for our businesses in APAC region.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand the business goals in each market and align the stakeholders to these objectives, setting clear priorities and direction.
- Support the execution of the strategy and work closely with each countries / business leaders to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures.
- To analyse data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods to show comprehensive and insightful results for C-Suites.
- Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes of forms and reports for C-Suites.
- Research and analyse the markets across the APAC Region including market feasibility, competitors’
- To be involved in new initiates’ projects and work closely with different business partners including
- Lead the projects from different perspectives and support other functions across the region.
- To document findings of studies and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
- Provide thoughts and expert advice to business leaders, or other groups on technical, systems, or process-related topics.
Profile Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Business, Economics or Engineering is advantageous.
- Experience: At least 2 years in data analyst or strategy planning experience in corporate or in management consulting firms.
- Experience in the HR services industry in any of the APAC countries are advantageous.
- Professional skills: Fluent English is a must, knowledge of Japanese, Chinese or other Asian languages is an advantage.
- Base level knowledge in Data Analyst, Finance, Business strategy, and Human Resources.
- Data-driven and agile mindset, passionate with data analysis.
- Possesses the ability to use various analysis tools to provide a comprehensive and well-structured outcome for C-Suites.
- Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, and asking questions as appropriate.
- Critical Thinking — Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
