Assist in reviewing contracts according to internal policy documents and escalating issues to senior members of the team for resolution

Assist in monitoring new matters for review by the team and responding to internal client requests.

Assist in keeping internal team database updated.

Provide support for ad hoc Legal & Compliance projects.

Requirements:
