Qualifications

• Minimum 15–20 years of finance leadership experience, with 5 years at CFO level.
• Experience managing multi-country operations, ideally in public-listed firms.
• Strong knowledge of Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements and corporate governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy and long-term planning for regional expansion.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and ensure compliance in financial reporting.
• Manage treasury functions and develop capital structure strategies.
• Ensure risk management frameworks are in place for compliance.
• Lead Investor Relations and communication with stakeholders.
