Job Summary

Supports the Regional Head of Finance. Delivers meaningful, accurate and timely management reporting & analysis on business performance. Acts as the point of contact for questions on the forecasting process, management reporting and business analysis. Interacts with Regional Head of Finance, Finance Operations Managers, Regional Business Line Controllers and Group Control in the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monthly reporting: Monthly reporting and analyses of regional results and deviations compared to forecast. Analyze result development drivers and monitor their evolution (including metrics such as DRO, backlog and utilization). Improve monthly reporting process and analytical insights through Power BI.
  • Forecasting: Analyze the forecasting process together with Regional Business Line Controllers and Head of Finance.
  • Special Projects: Support the Business Line Director or Regional Head of Finance in various special projects.
  • KPIs: Ensure accuracy and timely reporting; monitor forecasting accuracy; develop new analytical insights (Power BI).
  • Key internal and external contacts / relationships required to fulfil the job: Internal - Regional Business Line Directors, Regional Director, Business Controllers, FSSC, Service Line Directors, Group Control, Regional Head of Finance; External - N/A.
Experience and Knowledge
  • Master’s Degree (Finance, or related)
  • Working experience: 3 to 5 years

This position is a 6-month temporary role to cover maternity leave, commencing Nov 2025 and ending in April 2026.

Candidates whose primary residence is in Malaysia will be considered for placement in our Kuala Lumpur office (remote reporting) on a 1-year contract basis.
