An international facilities services provider is seeking a Regional Account Director to oversee strategic and operational service delivery across the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in account management, strong financial and KPI management skills, and the ability to manage multi-country operations. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders and driving business growth. The Regional Account Director for APAC is responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational delivery of services across multiple countries within the region. Acting as the single point of contact for escalation, the Regional Account Director ensures alignment with global contractual agreements, drives financial performance, and supports country teams in achieving service excellence. The role requires strong stakeholder management, leadership, and a deep understanding of facilities services operations.
