About the Employer

An international cosmetics company that aims to provide global consumers with high quality products. Presence in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and many other countries

  • Salary : RM 4,000 - RM 5,000

Responsibility

  • Perform end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, offer management and onboarding.
  • Ensure the headcount gaps/vacancies are fulfilled within stipulated time frame.
  • Keep applicants engaged throughout the hiring process, ensuring consistent communication.
  • Coordinate pre-onboarding and new hire orientation / induction program.
  • Identify future talents needs; work with recruiting team to develop talent pools and/or social engagements.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organization.
  • Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans.
  • Tracking hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
  • Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience survey.
  • Train and advise interviewer managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
  • Host and participate in job fairs.
  • Responsible for recruitment and resignation dashboard to monitor manpower fulfilment rate, staff attrition rate, recruitment cost etc.

Requirements

  • Diploma /Degree graduate
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment / Talent Acquisition
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Prior experiences from Recruitment Agencies will be a plus.
