Job summary

A global recruitment firm is seeking a Recruitment Specialist in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience and be proficient in English and Mandarin. Responsibilities include managing the entire recruitment process and building relationships with candidates and agencies. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from RM 3,000 to RM 6,000 per month.

Responsibilities
  • Key point of contact for the business and ensure effective and timely recruitment support delivered.
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle for search of candidates through cold-calling, networking, and recommendations.
  • Effectively listen to and understand clients hiring needs, preferences by providing professional consultation services.
  • Build relationship, engage talents, provide excellent candidate experience and create brand awareness for the organization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
  • 360 recruitment.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a relevant field.
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin.
  • Candidates with business development experience will have an added advantage.
  • Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Able to work independently, strong sense of urgency, results oriented and resourceful.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Remuneration
