Join Our Team as Recruitment Specialist at OMS Group!

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruitment process and deliver a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and onboard top talent, while ensuring recruitment processes are efficient and aligned with the company’s standards.

This role also involves maintaining candidate databases, preparing recruitment reports, and continuously enhancing recruitment practices to achieve high-quality results.

What you will be doing:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on end-to-end recruitment
  • Conducting phone screenings and providing interview recommendations
  • Scheduling interviews efficiently while maintaining a great candidate experience
  • Preparing interview assessments
  • Updating and maintaining the job description repository
  • Managing onboarding processes and documentation for new hires
  • Preparing personnel files of new hires
  • Providing recruitment statistics for monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Maintaining a comprehensive database of candidate records for active and passive candidates
  • Develop and enhance a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes to deliver high-quality hiring results.
What you should have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
