Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters to fulfill hiring demands across various functions/domains.
• Drive sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and conduct initial HR discussions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers or clients.
• Ensure quality of hires and reduce time-to-fill metrics.
• Maintain and update ATS/database with candidate pipelines.

Delivery Management:

• Act as a single point of contact for clients regarding hiring requirements.
• Understand client expectations and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to manage ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Track and report delivery metrics like TAT, submission-to-selection ratio, offer-to-joining ratio, etc.
• Work closely with the business development and account management teams to align delivery goals with client expectations.
