About to role:

We are looking to hire a highly organized Human Resource Recruiter to perform full cycle of recruitment process and clerical duties necessary for effective office management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer stage.
  • Source and headhunt candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, applications, and conducting initial phone screenings.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with candidates throughout the hiring process, including sharing interview updates and feedback.
  • Work closely and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure all recruitment and selection activities comply with employment laws and company policies.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Main Requirements:
  • Preferably Diploma or relevant qualifications in any field.
  • At least 1 year experience in Recruitment field.
  • Full knowledge with all relevant job portals including LinkedIn, Hiredly, Indeed and etc.
  • Able to communicate verbally and writing in English, Malay and Mandarin fluently.
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills, as well as multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations.
  • Discretion with personal and confidential information.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Q Sentral.
