What You’ll Do
  • Talent Hunter: Find, attract, and hire qualified candidates to meet business needs and deliver a great hiring experience.
  • Talent Pipeline Builder: Proactively source and network with top candidates to build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Collaborative Partner: Partner closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand hiring needs and align on role requirements.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Job Descriptions: Keep job descriptions updated and relevant to reflect current business needs.
  • Locum Hiring Lead: Take the lead in sourcing, hiring, and onboarding locum (part-time) clinicians.
What We’re Looking For
  • Education: Degree in HR, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in recruitment (experience in healthcare/hospital setting is a plus).
  • Interviewing Skills: Proficient & Confident in conducting all types of interviews.
  • People Skills: Strong communicator, influencer, and relationship builder with great decision-making ability.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Proactive, Organized, able to manage multiple roles/task simultaneously while staying meticulous with documentation and information accuracy.
  • Professional: Handles confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using HR systems and recruitment tools.
