Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for telemarketer, consultant, and administrative roles.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional associations.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions tailored to telemarketing, consulting, and administrative positions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending offers and onboarding new hires.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future openings in these areas.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
  • Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness, and provide regular reports to leadership.

Qualifications and Requirements
