Job Responsibility

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: prescreening, phone interviews, hiring manager interviews, background checks, and offer discussions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs on staffing needs, offering input and feedback to ensure effective hiring decisions.
  • Fulfill hiring requests within agreed timelines while ensuring quality hires.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels â job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals â to identify potential candidates.
  • Prepare monthly hiring status reports and provide data-driven insights to improve recruitment performance.
  • For senior roles: guide junior recruiters, manage subordinates, and assist in onboarding new team members.
  • Work closely with payroll and admin teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Support employee relations (ER) activities to maintain positive relationships and promote staff retention.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience; agency or headhunting background is an advantage.
  • Proficient in using job boards, social media, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of Malaysian labor law and HR compliance is preferred.
  • Familiarity with payroll and onboarding processes is an added advantage.
