We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team in Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for us. You will play a critical role in ensuring we build a strong and diverse workforce to meet the demands of our fast-growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for operations and technical roles.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to identify and attract top talent.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, provide guidance on market trends, and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles to ensure timely hiring in a high-paced environment.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates and create a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a fair and equitable hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in insurance.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian job market and labor laws.
- Excellent sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
