What you’ll be doing
  • Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure
  • Efficiently manage guest check‑in and check‑out processes
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Provide administrative support as needed
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
What we’re looking for
  • Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role, ideally within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and friendly demeanour
  • Strong problem‑solving and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in using basic office software and computer systems
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Fluency in Mandarin and basic communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; we seek candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients
