We are seeking an experienced Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant to join our growing team at SFAI Malaysia PLT in our Puchong office in Selangor. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing efficient administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily office operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities to develop your skills and contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing
  • Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries; redirect to relevant staff.
  • Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and maintain filing systems.
  • Handle correspondence, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and confidentiality standards.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to facilitate processes.
  • Coordinating logistics for training sessions, workshops, or team events.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
What we're looking for
  • SPM or equivalent and above in business administration or a related field.
  • Prior experience in administration, preferably in an audit or accounting firm, is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
