YBD Dive Centre is seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist / Admin to join their team on the Perhentian Islands in Terengganu. This is a contract role offering the chance to work in a beautiful island setting, supporting the daily operations of the dive centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing a warm and welcoming reception service to all customers, clients and visitors
  • Handling enquiries and bookings, both in-person and via phone/email
  • Assisting with general administrative duties, including filing, data entry and stock management
  • Supporting the dive centre's operations, such as equipment preparation and logistical coordination
  • Promoting the dive centre's services and experiences to customers
  • Ensuring the reception area and facilities are kept clean, tidy and well-presented
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administration role, ideally within the tourism or hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks as needed
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
  • A passion for the outdoors and an interest in diving or marine life
