THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB :

• To be actively involved in the marketing and selling process of new Residential Projects or Sub-Sales (existing) properties
• To call and create appointments to meet, present and negotiate with potential clients for sales closures
• To provide good service, build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• To ensure consistent follow ups are done with your clients for possible return sales and referrals

THE CRITERIA WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

• Passionate in meeting people or have a keen interest in doing sales
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (but not mandatory as training and coaching will be provided)
• Self-motivated, aggressive and possess determination to succeed in the property industry
• Possess good work ethics, pleasant personality, is proactive and resourceful
• Love challenges and like to work in a competitive environment
• Able to SPEAK and UNDERSTAND WRITTEN English and Malay. (Knowledge of spoken Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage but not compulsory)
• MUST HAVE either a car or motorbike
• MUST HAVE a Smartphone AND either a working laptop or iPad or Tablet
• MUST be willing /available to work on weekends & public holidays
