Key Responsibilities

• Development & Implementation: Design, build, and maintain high-quality, performant, and reliable cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Code Quality: Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable JavaScript/TypeScript code; conduct peer code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and application crashes on both iOS and Android platforms.
• API Integration: Seamlessly integrate mobile applications with backend services using RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product designers, product managers, and backend engineers to translate requirements and mockups into functional mobile features.
• Ecosystem Management: Manage and update the application's dependencies and tooling within the React Native ecosystem.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience focusing specifically on React Native development.
• Core Skills: Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and the core principles of the React Native framework.
• State Management: Deep experience with common React state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX, Recoil, or React Context API).
• Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of the mobile development lifecycle and experience in deploying apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Performance: Proven ability to optimize mobile app performance, memory usage, and responsiveness.

Nice to Have

• Experience with native module development (integrating custom native code via Objective-C/Swift for iOS or Java/Kotlin for Android).
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for mobile applications.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices in mobile development.
