• Establish RDC Commercial operations compliant with standards.
• Support pricing, chargeback, and billing of RDC Services.
• Operationalize Business Case Controlling Framework.
• Advise on Forex implications and Tax treatments.
• Communicate financial outcomes and escalate crucial issues.
