A leading technology firm in Malaysia is seeking an R&D Software QA Operating Manager to lead and develop a team of software QA engineers. The role involves implementing QA strategies aligned with department objectives and driving continuous improvement initiatives in software testing. The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science, strong leadership skills, and familiarity with Agile practices. The position offers a competitive remuneration of MYR 12,000 - MYR 19,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or TestOps practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team of engineers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
