Job description

Sri Nona Food Manufacturing Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Cocoaland)’s journey has been one of reinvention – from our humble beginnings as a family‑owned, local snacks and fruit gummy producer to now a major confectionary manufacturer that is listed on Bursa. Today, Sri Nona Food Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd (F&NHB), after a full acquisition on 4 November 2022.

What will you do?

• Perform inspection & test on the company’s products according to given instructions.
• Maintain the cleanliness & tidiness of the R&D lab.
• Set up, operate, and maintain lab equipment.
• Assist in R&D new projects.
• Assist in making lab samples for sensory evaluation.
• Assist in shelf‑life test evaluation.
• Carry out other duties and projects assigned by superior.
• Support R&D executive on all lab tasks (e.g., lab testing, sample preparation/evaluation, weighing/mixing, ingredient preparation).
• Handle basic or simple instruments (training will be provided).
• Manage all utensils/equipment in the lab; report to R&D Manager in case of any equipment breakdown.
• Support R&D Executive on new product development and data entry when necessary.
• Maintain lab cleanliness and tidiness on a daily basis.
• Take on ad‑hoc tasks/projects as necessary.

About you?

• Fresh graduate with science‑related backgrounds (SPM / STPM / Certificate / Diploma) are welcome to apply.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in a related field is required.
• Applicants must be willing to work in RAWANG.
• Preferably non‑executives specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
