An R&D Executive (Technical) leads product innovation, developing new products and improving existing ones by conducting research, managing lab work, ensuring quality/safety, and coordinating between R&D and production, requiring strong technical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills in fields like engineering. They manage projects, teams, and technical data, focusing on market needs and regulatory compliance to drive business growth through innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development: Formulating new products and enhancing current ones.

Research & Testing: Conducting lab work, experiments, and testing (stability, transport, performance).

Technical Management: Creating and managing Bill of Materials (BOMs), designs, and technical data.

Project Leadership: Overseeing R&D projects, setting goals, and ensuring timely execution.

Cross‑functional Coordination: Liaising with production, marketing, and quality control for smooth product launches.

Market & Compliance: Exploring market needs, checking regulations, and ensuring product safety.

Required Skills & Qualifications
